It is the endof a longer torteous process. I learned a lot. mostly to listen to myself, when making decisions, listen to my gut feeling and while seeking advice, always taking responsibility for the decision.
Lots of decisions were made in the first half a year, actually first month which changed the course of this vessel for good.
The worst decision was to open the deck, this allowed the moist interior of the vessel to dry, become brittle and fragile. What then followed was likely just consequences.
The death blow came when someone manipulated the pump hose, kinked the hose and instead of the reliable pump pumping out the water it circulated the water within, very quickly taking on water until it reached the shrunken planks and gaps in the hull. whoop it made and she went down.
Well Rest in piece my dear Friend. There is still some wood left which will shine soon as signs or shelving.
